One of the most exciting attractions this year is our 2008 Fall Lambs. Every year people say that they have the best set of lambs they have ever had. Well we're extremely proud of our fall lamb group this year. Most of these lambs are sired by Duke, who is proving to be one of the elite stud ram and ewe sires in the Shropshire breed today. Having used Duke over a few breeding seasons, we have found that he works the best on our more extreme ewes. Many of the mamas of our fall lamb group are some the most extreme ewes in our flock. Here is a photo of the fall lambs taken this past fall. It's January now and many of these lambs are weighing over 100 lbs.  2008 Fall Lambs - Photo Taken Back in October Duke Semen Now Available! Duke has sired several champions in the past few years at the major Shropshire shows and sales including: The Ohio State Fair, The Shropshire Spectacular, and The Norh American International Livestock Exposition. Even more important, Duke daughters are performing in the show ring and the breeding programs of a number of Shropshire flocks around the country.
